
Can I even begin to express the joy of preparing/cooking/eating PURPLE potatoes? My dashingly, adorable sister, Kara, and I ventured out to cook Purple Potatoes for our very first time today. A smashing success!

And boiled. They kinda turned a blueish-gray color.
